The app "White Stork census" is a tool for White Stork census, which DOPPS-BirdLife Slovenia is carrying out annually since 1999. It is connected to the database of all White Stork data in Slovenia and shows the surveyor active stork nests with all population parameters for which we use internationally valid abbreviations. It enables direct data entry in the field and immediate digitization. The app replaces the paper forms for nests that we printed and distributed to surveyors for the purpose of the census every year.
